SET UP and TEAR DOWN SERVICE
At Wild and Vow, we believe luxury means being fully present. You’ve invested time, energy, and heart into planning one of the most important days of your life — your wedding day should be spent soaking in every moment, not setting up tables or packing décor at midnight.
Our Set Up & Tear Down Package is designed so your mom, aunt, sister, or wedding party can be exactly where they belong: celebrating with you, not working behind the scenes.
Venue Decor:
Table Settings: Placing linens, plates, silverware, glassware, chargers, napkins, and any special items (like place cards or menu cards).
Centerpieces: Arranging floral or other decor as provided by the couple.
Signage: Placing any welcome signs, seating charts, directional signs, and other event signage.
Aisle Décor: Setting up items like aisle runners, flowers, candles, or lanterns.
Welcome/Guest Table: Setting up guestbook, favors, cards, etc.
Cocktail Hour Area: Setting up bar areas, small tables, and decorations.
Reception Setup:
Guest Table Layout: Ensure the seating chart aligns with their seating plan.
Flip from Ceremony to Reception- move tables/candles where needed.
Tear Down Services:
Guest Table Breakdown:
Removing centerpieces, floral arrangements, and decor from the tables.
Removing napkins, and other linens and place in bags or Tupperware provided by couple.
Collecting Personal Items:
Collecting the couple’s personal items (favors, gifts, cards, guestbook, etc.) and setting aside for them to pick up.
Packaging up any personal decor that the couple wants to keep (floral arrangements, candles, etc.).
Cleaning Up:
Leaving the venue in a presentable state, but no deep cleaning (i.e., no sweeping or mopping, trash, bussing).

Small Weddings (up to 50 guests): $500 - $750
Medium Weddings (75–150 guests): $750 - $1,000
Large Weddings (150+ guests): $1,000 - $1,500
Optional Add-Ons:
Additional Staff: If needed, you can hire additional helpers to assist with tear down or set up, typically around $25 - $40/hr per person.
Late Night Fees: If the event runs later than expected, you can include an additional fee for overtime (e.g., $50 - $100 per hour past a certain time).
