Packages
WEDDING PLANNER
This is for the couples who want an experienced wedding planner to bring their vision from "yes to I do". This is the all inclusive experience from Planning, Designing, Vendor Management, Budgeting, Timeline building to execution, Logistics and Coordination, to full Wedding Day Management. This typically starts from engagement. We recommend booking this service before any vendors, including your venue.
COORDINATION SERVICE
This is for the couples who have planned it all, and need an expert to bring everything together. This is designed to step in the final 3 months, tie up loose ends, and ensure your day unfolds effortlessly. You handle the planning, we handle the execution. We have a hand over meeting, and final venue meet, final timeline and vendor confirmations, ceremony rehearsal Coordination, full wedding day management-includes set up.
A’LA CARTE SERVICE
Setting up decor, signage, linens, centerpieces, candles, personal items such as memory table, welcome table. Coordinating with vendors for proper layout and placement for example florals and DJ set up.
End of the night tear down, including packing items for pick up.
