We schedule a 15 minute call or Google Meet to get to know you and your fiance’s needs and desires for your special day. That will help us determine which package you need. Please read over Packages Page for full information. Once we have decided which package we move forward with holding your date.

We have a comprehensive legal contract that will need to be reviewed, agreed and signed by both nearlyweds and a deposit.
You can pay in full or in 3 payments.
The deposit would be the first payment and is non refundable. That is all covered in contract.

Depending on the date and package. We typically have two of us at all events. There will be some dates it will be two of our best Coordinators
We can discuss in full depending on your date and needs.

Short answer, no. We are not licensed in safe serv or caterers.
We can discuss case by case basis and see if this needs to be an add on We do have some caterers on our preferred vendor list.
We do not bus, or serve alcohol. We are there to keep the timeline smooth and wedding flowing. You should have a caterer for food and bar staff.

All weddings are different, but we guarantee 10 hours. We also provide one hour guidance for rehearsal

Yes! In our combined years of experience we have gotten to know the best in the business. We would be happy to guide you and coordinate all of the vendors.
Payments & Policies

You can pay in full- non refundable. Or you can make payments.
We have a three payment system
Deposit-Due at booking to reserve date and start any wedding planning. non refundable
Midway Payment- Due halfway through the planning process
Final Payment- Due 30 days before the wedding
